Sources for Oconto 2010 ARRA Lidar collection (very small area, not whole county)

The LAS files do not have projection information but do appear to be in Oconto County coordinate system, ESRI WKID 103442.  PRJs and statistics files included
so an ESRI LASD file can be constructed.
