MIPS version 1.1.b

MIPS 1.1.a has a missing script, called stereo_graphic_proj.bash, which is
responsible for adjusting the Upper Left (UL) and Lower Right (LR) corner
coordinates of the polar mosaic images.  Without the script, the output sizes
of the polar mosaic images are not limited by the configuration variables
MIPS_NORTH_POLARM_LAT and MIPS_SOUTH_POLARM_LAT (refer to section 6.6 in the
MIPS User Documentation version 1.1).

To install the new script first install MIPS version 1.1.a. If MIPS version
1.1.a had already been installed or has just been installed, copy the the
script stereo_graphic_proj.bash to the directory $MIPS_HOME/scripts/auxiliary.
