Files are generated on by /home/adesmet/grb/bin/grbscores on grb2.ssec.wisc.edu
and TODO-ONCE-GOES-19-IS-ACTIVE through a crontab owned by adesmet.

These are daily reports scoring the quality of products received from GOES
Rebroadcast (GRB). They're being used as part of post launch testing (PLT) for
GOES-U/19. In addition to reports for GOES-19, reports for GOES-16 are also
generated for GOES-16 for comparison.
