Files are generated on by /home/adesmet/grb/bin/grbscores on grb2.ssec.wisc.edu
and grb1.ssec.wisc.edu through crontabs owned by adesmet.

These are daily reports scoring the quality of products received from GOES
Rebroadcast (GRB). They're being used as part of post launch testing (PLT) for
GOES-U/19. In addition to reports for GOES-19, reports for GOES-16 are also
generated for comparison.
