Installing clavrx with installer script on 
clavrx_scripts/install_clavrx_trunk.sh or  
clavrx_scripts/install_clavrx_stable.sh


Modify your hdf library paths in lines 10 and 11 of those scripts or
point the hdf4 and hdf5 libraries on your machine to
$(HOME)/lib/hdf4
$(HOME)/lib/hdf5
