(5) HP, HP-UX, B.10.20 This package is supported by Albert Peter, peter.albert@wew.fu-berlin.de Note: This release consists of the near-infrared water vapor (wvnir) retrieval software. No other Level 2 product software is included in this release, nor do they need to be updated prior to using this software. Note: The technique used in the creation of the IMAPP near- infrared water vapor retrieval product differs from the official DAAC MOD05 product. Please see the modis_wvnir.pdf file for a description of the technique. **------------------ download directory ---------------------** WVNIR.tar: Near-infrared water vapor retrieval source code with build and run instructions Note: The flatfile extractors must be built prior to the near-infrared water vapor retrieval source code and both should be built off of the same core directory, for example /MODIS/wvnir, /MODIS/flatfile. There is a modis_wvnir.csh script in the wvnir/src directory which will run the processes together on the test data sets included in the tar file.
