Incident Description:
I lost my wallet in June 2007, while living at 318 Village green Ln, Madison WI. There was $33.00 cash it, a student I.D, two credit cards and some business cards in it.

Details of the account Numbers for the cards are: (1) 4427 6704 4201 5738, Expire 05/2010 (2) 4426 6704 4200 6679, Expire 08/2010

These credit cards were issued by: CARD CENTER, P.O. BOX 3038 EVENS VILLE, IN 47730.

The original creditor was informed right after I lost my wallet and the accounts were closed. However, I recently accrued my credit report and it showed that fraudulent charges were being posted on both accounts by a third party debt collecting agent (Select Card/Fifth Third Bank) that claimed to have accrued the debt.
